How do I block availability?
To close out a room for a given period, go to your bookings calendar and navigate to the start date using the day/month selector in the top right. Scroll down to the room you wish to block, then click and drag across between the start and end dates for the block. Click ‘Block Room’ in the menu that appears.
The room will be blocked in all your sales channels and will not appear in your revenue charts. To unblock the room, click to view the ‘BLOCK’ details, then click ‘Make this Room Available.’
